This morning I learned how to make crepes. I haven't actually done it but I found a recipe that didn't involve the words "crepe maker"... I'm really jazzed.
I also discovered http://www.cooks.com this morning. I foresee becoming a crepe making fool b/c there are only like a billion things you can stuff crepes with... chicken, cream cheese, fruit, jelly, sugar, etc. and they sound easy... and quick. I'm all about easy, quick and delicious.
So tonight I'll make crepes and the mexican casserole I'm excited about. Hopefully I'll be up early tomorrow too and I can work out again and find more exciting recipes... oh la la.
